When we stray from our beliefs, we risk losing the moral compass that guides us. Faith anchors us in truth and purpose, illuminating our path in times of darkness. Without it, we miss the light that shows us the way.

 

Our society's moral decline is a stark warning, but it also offers a chance to recognise the failings of human laws and the righteousness of God's laws, urging us to strive for a higher moral ground. As it is written in Micah 6:8, 'He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

 

Faith Unites, Lighting the Way.

​​The Christian faith is under threat, and cross many countries thousands of Christians suffer high levels of persecution and discrimination for their faith. Rest assured, friends. The party will be assertive and relentless in implementing laws that prohibit anti-Christian hate crimes, blasphemy, defamation of Christianity, and the destruction of sacred objects and buildings. As it is written in Psalm 82:3, 'Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.

As Christians, we understand that true transformation comes through a spiritual transformation through the power of the Holy Spirit. Whatever one's opinions about Christianity there is no denying the church has given us all true, just, and humane things, improving life. In, fact, turning us from savages to civilised people, and if the church has not taught us anything, it is not the church's fault, but ours.

​

We must stand for truth. We must not encourage and compromise our beliefs and values to be politically correct and conform to an ideology that threatens our very existence. The importance of standing up for the truth of God’s word and not giving in to worldly demands on important issues cannot be overstated. When we compromise on the truth of God’s word, we risk losing our identity as Christians and diluting the message of the Gospel. We become like the salt that has lost its flavour and is no longer effective in preserving and seasoning the world around us. Matthew 5:13
